Marnie is a credentialed Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), certified with Hogan Assessments, and Positive Intelligence (PQ) coach.

A former executive with 20+ years of experience managing leaders and teams, Marnie has coached dozens of managers and emerging leaders to become more effective, maximizing the potential of individuals, teams and organizations to drive sustained and measurable positive results.

 

Marnie is a dynamic customer experience (CX) and B2B SaaS executive who brings an exceptional record of achievement in scaling market share, creating superb customer experiences, and positioning companies for unprecedented growth and heightened competitive advantage. She is known in the field for implementing best practices that optimize performance and efficiency while promoting a culture of inclusivity and innovation that benefits employees and customers. 

In her most recent role as SVP Client Success with Stylitics, she served as a key member of the company’s executive team. Marnie partnered with their private equity firm to secure $80M in Series C funding and introduced technologies to support the company’s rapid growth. Under her leadership, the customer success team more than doubled in size to contribute to an 80% growth of the client base. In her previous role with Mediaocean, Marnie oversaw all annual strategic account planning, product utilization, and customer engagement. She was instrumental in collaborating with C-suite clients to guide them in realizing improved operational efficiencies. Some of the marquee clients with whom Marnie worked with include leading firms such as WPP, Omnicom, and Publicis.
